How does PPR (Philippine Pickleball Rating) work?

PPR uses an ELO-style algorithm to calculate your rating on a 1.0–7.0 scale. Your rating changes after every verified match result — wins increase it, losses decrease it. New players start as provisional until they complete enough rated matches.

How do I get a verified match result?

Submit a result via your dashboard after a match. All players in the match receive a notification to verify. Once verified, PPR ratings update automatically and your national rank is refreshed.

I submitted a wrong match result. What do I do?

Use the Dispute option when verifying a result. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 14 days. If accepted, ratings are corrected.

How do I book a court?

Go to Courts in your dashboard, find an available court, select a time slot, and confirm. Payment is processed via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, or card). You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes — cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Go to My Courts in your dashboard to cancel.

How do I register for a tournament?

Find the tournament under Tournaments in your dashboard and click Register. If the tournament has an entry fee, you will be redirected to pay via PayMongo. You'll receive a confirmation email once registered.

I redeemed a beta invite but cannot log in.

Check your email for a magic link. If you don't see it, check spam. If the link has expired, go to the login page and request a new one by entering your email. Contact us if the issue persists.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings in your dashboard and select Delete Account. Your personal data will be anonymised immediately. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Philippine BIR regulations. Match results (without your name) remain for ranking integrity.

Is my payment information stored on Pickld?

No. All payment processing is handled by PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment provider. Pickld stores only your payment reference numbers — never card numbers or bank details.
